SINCE : Since is used to refer to the starting point of actions or situations. It is generally used with the Present Perfect. I have been waiting for the bus since  o'clock. I live in Tokyo. I have lived in Tokyo since January . I have been learning English since the beginning of the year. AGO

मेरे पास कैंसर का इलाज कराने के पैसे नहीं है |
l don't have money to get my cancer treated.
तो तुमने मुझे बताया क्यों नहीं कि तुम उससे मिली थी |

Itas been years since  is more common in American English than Itas years since . When since introduces a state in the past that is still continuing in the present, we use a present 

क्या बीमारी हुई थी उन्हें ?

यही तो मैं तुमसे कहना चाह रहा हूँ |

Both are wrong. You use since when talking about a specific point in time. I suppose you could use from in this case as well, but I haven't seen it in actual American usage. For example: When you returned, I had been home since :. When talking about a duration, for is used: When you returned, I had been home for  minutes.

SINCE The question words how long? and since when?, and the prepositions for and since are used with the present perfect continuous tense to express events that started in the past and are still in progress in the present. How long? and for refer to an incomplete period of time, while since when? and since refer to a point in time:

वह जल्दी ही यहाँ होगा |
He'll be here soon.
यही कहीं होगा |
Must be somewhere here only.
तमीज से बात करो |
Talk with some manners.
कह दो कि तुम अपनी दोस्त के यहाँ पढाई करने जा रही हो |

Since and for. Both since and for can be used as prepositions with similar meanings. Since is used when we are reckoning from a particular date or point of time. Examples are: since last Friday, since yesterday, since  oaclock, since morning etc. For is used for a period of time. Examples are: for a week, for a long time, for two hours etc. Compare:

The words for and since are used in sentences where the speaker wants to talk about something that started in the past and continues into the present. For is used when specifying the amount of time how long: I've had this watch for more than  years. I've only known her for a few weeks.

You could not use ;since when; in any of these cases. ;Since when; is also used informally with the present tense to indicate surprise or suspicion.

SINCE can only be used with perfect tenses. FOR can also be used with the simple past. For  a period of time. for six years, for a week, for a month, for hours, for two hours I have worked here for five years. Since  a point in time. since this morning, since last week, since yesterday since I was a child, since Wednesday, since  o'clock I have worked here since .

ये उम्र है तुम्हारी यह सब करने की और यह बत्तमीजी कहाँ से सीखी तुमने ?
Is this the age to be doing all this? And from where did you learn to misbehave?
वह आपको क्यों मरना चाहेगा ?
Why would he want to kill you?
