वह बहाने बनाने में expert है 
He is expert in making excuses.
He is expert in inventing excuses.
इस वाक्य में हम make और invent दोनों ही लिख सकते है | आपको जो word बोलने में ज्यादा comfort महसूस होता हो आप वो verb use कर सकते हैं |

इसी तरह हमें हिंदी में एक और sentence बोलते है जैसे 
वह बहाने बनाने में उस्ताद है |
He is proficient in making excuses.
वह झूट बोलने में उस्ताद है |
He is proficient in telling a lie.

मैं अपने ऑफिस का काम छोडकर उसे पार्लर ले गया था |

I took her to the parlour leaving my office work behind.

हमने सब जगह ढूंडा लेकिन कमल हमें कहीं नहीं मिला |

we searched every place. But we didn't find Kamal anywhere!

उस पर कभी विश्वास मत करना | वह भरोसे के लायक नहीं है |

Never trust him. He is not worthy enough to be trusted.

A gerund always acts as a noun. Therefore a gerund can be a subject, object, complement,* or object of a preposition. * Complement is a word, clause, or a phrase that is required to complete the meaning of a sentence. Complements will be explained in detail in a separate post

 

मैं तुम्हारे लिए एक कप बढ़िया चाय बना के लाती हूँ |

I'll make you a nice cup of tea.

मैं तुम्हारा क्या करूँ |

What do l do to you?

वह पेशाब कर रहा है |

He is peeing.

किस वक़्त आ रहा है वो ?

What time is he arriving?

Verbing Present Participle Add ing to most verbs. Ex. play gt; playing, cry gt; crying, bark gt; barking; For verbs that end in e, remove the e and add ing.

 

तुमने उस दिन क्या कहा था ?

What did you say the other day?

दौ महीने हो गए हैं | वह वापस नहीं लौटा |

उसका अपहरण तो नहीं हो गया ?

The gerund looks exactly the same as a present participle, but it is useful to understand the difference between the two. मुझे नहीं करनी बात |

I don't want to talk.

तुम घर पहुँचो | मैं पैसे लेके वहीं आता हूँ |

you go to your home; I'll get the money and reach there.

इसी लिए तो मैं तुम्हे काम पर रखना चाहता हूँ |

This is why I want to hire you.

पागल हो हया है तू |
