Everyone और everybody singular pronoun है  इनके साथ singular verb का प्रयोग करते हैं |

How long can one run from death?

In the first case everyone/everybody indefinite asingulara pronoun uses singular verb.i.e. loves, which is a correct way to use everybody. In the second case verb used is plural.i.e. are, so the sentence becomes wrong. In the third case singular pronoun.i.e. he/she used with everybody makes the sentence right.

वह अब मुंबई पहुँच गया होगा |
He would have reached Mumbai by now.
हाँ, क्यों क्या हुआ ?

You are correct that the indefinite pronoun everybody is a singular pronoun, like the pronoun everyone, even though conceptually these pronouns represent groups of people. Typical pronouns that can replace a person are: everybody, anybody, anyone, etc. Note: In terms of grammar, they are in the singular even if they denote several people. Animacy, not Gender. If you donat know what someoneas gender is, you cannot call them an aita, for aita is not about gender. It is therefore ungrammatical in English to use its to refer to a human being, whether you know their gender or not.. That's because it is not some sort of marker of gender in English but rather a marker of animacy a that is, of agency and sentience. The Wikipedia article on Animacy

Everyone vs Everybody. English is a very tricky language even for native English speakers. There are some problems of speech that are too complex to address such as the context of certain words, voicing like passive or active voice as well as, the interchangeability of other terms. If these concepts are familiar to some, they are absolutely alien to more people who donat use English as a first language.
